Terminator Foxtrot

EDIT: I have gotten quite a few positive respones, I am no longer looking for a roomate. IF you want to be my friend or chill at my place that would be fine with me! Well, I saw that people were posting similar things here, so I thought I 'd give it a shot! I recently logged into my old(6 year old) account, I rented out a nice 1024 plot and purchased a house. I'm kind of shy when it comes to sl, but I was hoping to ind a roomate to share my house with. I don't ask much, you don't even have to pay rent(lol) but I reserve the right to kick you out of your turn into a nuisance(sorry :( ). I am looking for someone who will Not litter the place with adult posters, etc. You can have themin your own room, but please don't put them anywhere else.I would prefer a female roomate, but I am open to a male roomate as well. There are several reason for this, one is that twice before I rented out a room to male roomates and they completely trashed the place! I lost my land twice because they broke the covenant. I rented out for a third time to a female roomate and I had no problem, she minded her own business and I minded mine, much less trouble than the other two to say the least lolThat's about it I think, if your a decent person who understands that renting a place means SHARING, not ownership, then IM me! I'm a decent guy, but I've been burned to many times before and I just can't let it happen again, so I am sorry if my post makes me look like a misogynistic or a douche. I look foward to responses!
