Wanted Brands or Organizations to Sponsor Calipso Storm Club.
Calipso Storm Club is preparing to open it's doors to Second Life.
It is housed on Dreamworld Sapphire land along with many other things, such as apartments, stores, an art gallery, community center with gaming and more..We will be playing a variety of music and plan to hold many events.
We are staffing up as we speak and I got to thinking I should look for Sponsors as well.
Your logo and landmark and notecard will be on display in the community center .. possibly to move to the club area or both. and we can rez something if you give it to us during the events your sponsorship will be used.Any questions ask Apolez Taurus Thanks.

Main rules for employees are:
*SL age 30 days or more, If you are under 30 days there is a bartending position available.
*RL age 18+ Verified

*100% tips for DJ's and Hosts
*face to face interviewThis is on an Adult sim and will eventually house dancers and escorts as well!

I actually got in contact with a few people whom are very nice and have taken or in the process of taking the rooms, so, none is available at this time. And, today I made enough to pay for three weeks, so ahead of the game. Yippie!

HIya takemasaa... Um it's actually not that big, I usually get bigger.... It fits the house I've used and missed perfectly though; it's 2025 prims forget what size atm but not that big I made an ocean part with floaters in it and sand and gonna have seating area in the back not sure what else back there, um have dance balls too made like little area with gazebo and around it with lights to dance on , didn't set up the music yet forget what I got for it. but used to own clubs so can host a dj maybe one day if i keep it awhile, but um the rooms are kinda smallish but big enough.... i love the house looks realistic.. Just looked says the area is.. um 6144m2

A fun home, I like decorating so like prims lolz, I'm going to probably make the money but I'm not 100% and want whoever to know that that's all. just a normal friendship really. I like to have company as I said hence why I'm offering some rooms up. Could help someone out or maybe someone else just looking for a new place to crash or whatever the case.

I currently have three rooms available, It might be just for a week or longer, just got a job so have to make enough for the land..
Love company... you could rez your stuff in your room only, though ,feel free to use anything put out that is not in my bedroom, that is private!!...
Could help you rez stuff if you need decorations to put down or w/e. have lots of items.. You'll just need to join a group I made and gotta put it on the land so we can rez and others cannot lol. Let me show you the rooms..
The house looks realistic, has kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. It will hopefully look neat I'm going to add porch swing and chairs on outside.

lol do people ever do that for me, no ... usually people have high expectations of themselves and fall short,, I even said I'll raise your salary if you actually bring in me money ,,Plus it is a game not my real company I never take money out of sl i just put money in.

I was thinking weekly but If you turn out to be really good bringing in money I'd for sure up your salary accordingly.
I usually never make lindens really least not even to cover my land costs, so .... but If you can make me lindens, I'll give you lindens for helping me make.. for sure.

Hello, I'm Apolez Taurus and I'm currently looking into getting some land on Thursday probably*, and looking to make a type of community!!
I wish to make it similar to my last build where i hired a decorator and designer to help. I wish to have a mix of things such as stores, houses, apartments, club and or bar, park or gallery maybe some other ideas like red light district area or offices def.
I'm looking for a right hand man/woman... to do my dirty work hehe, Hold events, take notes, hire people? rent out spaces, and do anything needed or delegate the responsibility if not. I will pay a salary to someone who actually puts in the effort and gets results, Need someone with the following skills: marketing, sales, event planning, great writing skills, people person, gets the job done attitude, has many ideas and goals, detail oriented. These are some of the qualities I'm seeking also that you've been in sl awhile or have rl experience,

There is two apartment buildings each floor different, though same in each apartment here is the pics of the three floors, *basement pic will come soon .. first apartment is ready to rent out basically so come check them out!!
renting for 350L each week and if you wear group tag 10% off and if you buy 4 weeks 1 week free.
All apartments prof. furnished by a designer.
There is also a house not ready yet, to be furnished for 700L a week and same discounts apply.. no pics yet.
That was the apartment and the first floor, having issues of size of pics so will do another post will them hopefully in future..

I'm looking to house a show for artists.... I'm looking for all kinds of creations, scultpure photography, anything really ... It just has to be good, I got a mfa and bfa degree so I can tell good artwork, and also I'm looking for an assistant if you want to help in the process as well. Hey, just wanted to get a little more detailed about the type of music ... The Owner is just not wanting Rap or Trance. I would like to find some DJ's that play Alternative music,
Rock is fine of course. ... and really we are open to a variety maybe some 80's maybe some Pop.. playlists along with more range is awesome.. Possibly if you can make set's with themes like sex or the color white or something . I would enjoy that and I'm sure everyone listening would as well. Any Questions ask me please thanks..
