eris Sorbet

Hi in the last week my normal weekly L$ sale and then processing credit hasnt been possible. I sell my L$ I have a $ balance..but am I being stupid? I cant see a button to click to process this credit. Also all of my previous process credit requests have not gone through and are still pending(( I usually have no problem with it going to paypal..what am I doing wrong please? Help pleeease help many thanks eris
