Thank you, but I don't understand why I see that" USD 12.64" there. I never bought the premium membership,however purchased some free (L$0) items from the marketplace. Can it be the problem? Thanx for your help and forgive my stupidity ^^

Hello, I wanna delete my basic account,but in the account summary I can see a line " Your billing rate: USD 12.64 Basic*" What does it mean? If I bought nothing and selled nothing,but I'm from an EU country,will the delete cost anything for me? Thank you for your help.
