    Looking for beautifully landscaped land with a good amount of prims and for a good price?  Look no further!  This is a privately owned sim with a fairly easy going sim owner.  Please do read the covenant.  We do ask that the landscaping that is present is not changed without consent from the landowner as it has been beautifully done!  No clubs.  Come check it out and see what you think :)

    8192 Parcels on a Forest Themed Sim!

    We have four open parcels on a Forest themed sim.  They are residential only.  No clubs, no breedables, no sealife as again it is a residential forest/country like theme.  No castles or skyrises.  Everything must be kept in theme.  You will have full rights on your parcel as in terraforming, setting media, banning people from your parcel and so on with the exception of no ban line and everything must be within the covenant.  Each parcel $3750 per week with 3750 prims.

    Some face the sim surround and others face the water :)  Community area in the center of the sim with duck pond, a waterfall, game tables, wildlife and more!

    Beautiful Cabin Rentals at Cookie Cove Cabins @ The Toasted Cookie!

    Cookie Cove is a residential only family friendly sim, With a wilderness cabin theme. Featuring 4 Bedroom Cabin homes and 1 Bedroom Sky Box Cabins. 7 Seas Fishing through out the sim. There are also a few game tables in our common area if you wish to use or have a seat on a bench and relax with the wilderness animals while over looking the waterfall and ducks!

    Right now we have a special for new renters as well!  Rent one week get one week free or rent two weeks and get two free (limit of two free weeks) until May 1st!  Come check them out for yourself!  Touch the board for the cabin you like to get the info on each one.  They are all named after cookies!

    Christmas/Shop Rentals

    Are you looking for a place to have a Christmas Shop?  Or maybe you are a designer who is looking for a normal shop even?  We got the place for you!  We have a stores available on a sim where there are established stores.  They are in Christmas theme with 100 prims for 150L.  Rules are fairly simple.  No resellers unless its gacha items.  No business in a box.  No sea life but we are in winter anyways :)  As its a mature sim, items must be Mature or under.  Come check the shops out!  Any questions contact Kasseymarie Resident or Shaylalilliana Resident.

    Toddleedoo CSR Wanted

    We are looking for a Toddleedoo child avie to be a Customer Service Rep for Diva Baby Boutique.  We are a childs clothing store that sells a large variety of cute toddlee girls clothes, shoes and accessories and we do sell a handful of clothing items for boys as well :) You will assist with group notices and helping our customers with general questions regarding products and sales. Must enjoy communicating with the public toddlers and be up beat and energetic.     We have some beautiful country parcels for sale that allows you full parcel rights.  Each one is along the water and has 7 seas fishing.   We have 4096 sizes.  If you should need an 8192 we can put two together for you.  Each 4096 is $1250 with 1250 prims.

    Looking for the perfect land?  We just may have it for you :)   Here at Relaxation Estates we pride ourselves for taking good care of our residents.  The fact that most have been with us a very long time speaks for itself.  We check our sims regularly so lag is never is an issue and you will never find something undesirable rezzing beside you.  We keep our rules simple but we do enforce them.  Someone in staff is normally on around the clock with the owner an im away when he is not online.  We are a small company who has been in business for years.
