  1. I am a voracious lover of k-dramas esp. rom-coms. I am familiar with Block-b and have one of their songs (Nilili Mambo) on my commuter playlists and can even sing along to most of it... though except for the English words I have no idea what I'm singing. I don't know a stitch of Korean except I can recognize some words in the dramas now. I'm older than most k-drama/k-pop fans though and don't find pretty flower boys that appealing... except maybe in a "he's as cute as a puppy" sort of way. I like the dramas because they are more innocent than western dramas. ... and I find the culture fascinating. Where do you watch dramas? I started on dramafever.com, but have since switched to dramafire.com as it's less commercial and I can watch the whole episode with only one commercial in the beginning. I had a subscription with dramafever, but dropped it when I returned to SL.
  2. There is a way to receive emails of IMs even when you're online? Color me pink with green polkadots cuz I never knew!
  3. The email didn't work, because I only get IM emails when I'm offline. What I wanted was a way to capture the text from an IM without having to copy and paste it from chat when i was actually in SL. I resolved this myself by finding the chat log, copying it to my server, then parsing out the data with .NET... "Look, Ma, no LSL needed!" ... this wont work for anybody but me, so it isn't marketable, but it's good to know. Thanks for your help.
  4. For instance: If I touch an object that does not belong to me and it IMs me some information about itself, in the past I have just copied the text from chat and saved it in a note. However, I was wondering if it was possible to write a script that would record the data from the IM for me. If it's possible it would save me a lot of copy and pasting. :) I'm not asking anyone to write it for me, I'm just hoping someone can tell me if it's possible and shove me in the right direction. Thanks Adana
  5. I have 10 that I actively play with. Maybe they are slices of myself, or of who I imagine myself to be, but none of them are real ... any more than dolls or story characters are real. I think I would like to write stories about them because they do spark my imagination... That being said I recently discovered this: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Alt_account_policies *sigh*
