Yeah, it wouldn't be bad if the house truly fit a 1024 sq, but when I go to check them out in-world, despite the house being high quality, it's just a house with one big room, and they always end up being smaller than I expected them to be.

I'm looking for a quality house for a 2,048 sqm. I have seen many quality houses, but they are usually too small, most of the houses that fit my standard are for a 1,024 sqm or a 512 sqm. Yeah, that's a good idea! Maybe even have a texture that says "unbox me" or something. I didn't want to just have like you said, that "plywood box" as that would probably make them think that they were scammed. Thanks for responding! All the items were transferable; I tried placing the items into its original box. Are you not able to place a no copy/transfer gacha item into its original box after has been unboxed? I'm assuming because the box/bag could have been no modify, but I didn't want to just place it in a wooden cube. What is the accepted practice when selling gacha items that have already been unboxed? When you list a no-copy marketplace item (gacha) and your intention is that the whole item is delivered and not a partial delivery. How do you list it so the whole item is delivered to one person, and not just one item from the folder? Also, how do you list numerous no-copy items that have different permissions into one folder?

Hello, I am looking for sell my 512 Sq. Mainland parcel and I am wondering what would be a reasonable price to sell this parcel. I am not in a hurry to sell this land as I already paid for premium for another year, so I when say "reasonable price" I do not mean a quick sell price nor do I wish to abandon it or sell it for $1L so land bots could profit from it!
