I have a full Private Region/SIM, 15000 prims, but will be on an extended SL absence for at least 3 months.. I'm not looking to sell the sim, but I'm willing to rent it for $L60,000 per month, which is around $242.00 US. No up front fees. Terms are simple: I require 30 days notice if you wish to vacate the SIM. I will give the renter 30 days notice before reclaiming the SIM. Teir is due by the 10th of each month, and must be paid inworld in Linden Dollars. You can use the SIM as personal or commercial, I require 10 prims for a small redirect landmark giver to a small shop I'll be maintaining on a separate SIM.
