I want to delete an alternate account but I can't. I've tried answering question they give to reset passcode but they seem to be wrong. Is there any other way to delete the account?

I have no Unicode in either my bio or rl bio.. So I dunno what's going on..

We've both tried and checked out spam folders in our email and regular mail. We also tried the dashboard as well.
