I was excited when I bought this but realized it was general yes I have posted it before I can not delete the old one sorry. I have reduced the price to 6k which is less than I payed. I will consider serious offers but not much lower. I went a little over board on land and need to get this one gone to someone who can use it. I would also consider renting it if someone wanted.
