    I always get the $80 strategy guide for video games. Otherwise I could not do anything. I'd write one for second life named "How to roleplay a real life woman playing a woman avatar as a real life man." It would have 100's of tips like "be sure to mention your frustration at your live in real life boyfriend often and casually as a part of your daily chat" and "always add extra o's when you type lol for example lool or looooool."

    I should make a video named "the idiots guide to starting second life." A huge problem for me has always been getting the curser out of the chat window. As a noob I was stuck on that for hours. I quit and came back and had that same problem again. If I remember right it's a check box somewhere. Same with using WASD it's a check box that needs to be found and clicked in firestorm anyway.

    I had the most amazing camera HUD once but it disappeared out of my inventory and I think the maker of it was a mad genus who never sold them. I would put on the HUD and I instantly had black bars on the top and bottom of my screen, the middle was like a movie screen ratio and I could hit an arrow key and the camera would slowly fly in a direction smooth as silk and not stop. Zero frame rate problems. Zero rat tat tat jerking frames. I got so many amazing shots with that thing but no one makes them and I have no idea how to make one. Lost forever I guess. I heard the 3D mouse can work but I've never got one or tried it. I've never been able to get smooth zooms in second life. What I do I just use the pan and crop effects in my video editing program. I use sony vegas 18. I made this vid quick shows how I just add a slow pan/zoom using sony vegas.

    There's a pet store I like and the Landmark is like two blocks down the street from the pet store. My guess is the pet store owner rents the store... and the landlord who rents to store owners did not set the land to landing point anywhere, instead choosing to make one landing point in front of what I assume may be the landlords store. That's an awesome idea to make the landmark take you directly to the product. Lot's of times I land on a street and have no idea where the store or item I want is but that may be the point for some to make you walk through the store maybe finding other things to buy. One time I went to a store to buy something and the landing point was like two virtual miles down a long muddy trail. Took me forever walking to get to the store and of course flying was turned off because they spent a long time making that trail and wanted people to experience it!

    I put a DEMO sign over my friends head for secret reasons. So I can relate to all the posts about DEMO's.

    I did that and it was great! Inventory searched on the word "demo" and deleted all of it.

    Since I watched that documentary on netflix about the volcano that blew up on a bunch of tourists I now refuse to live near a volcano. I was thinking about moving to Bend Oregon but they have like 3 volcano's there.
