To go along with this topic, what about the setup fee for when you buy someones region they setup? Do you have to pay LL the setup fee when buying a region from someone? Example: I do not have a full region yet but I am looking to get one soon. If I buy the region from someone (not LL directly) via this board do I still need to pay the setup fee of $1,000 usd?

Hi, thanks for the reply back. You are correct when you said that I have my own rental company but what you don't see from looking at my profile is that it is in the very early stages of development and I am trying to get experiance to help me establish a rental business. Right now I can't afford my own full sim at this time and with the income that I get from renting that land that I am currently using I hope to purchase my own full sim and use that to further grow my business. I hope that cleared up any confusion, and please know that I wasnt trying to be malicious in my request, I was just seeking information to broaden my knowledge.
