donot buy from this person, when you rent land this person tells you that you have land ownership rights, but if a problem arrises this person does nothing but ignore you, she will not answer your questions and when she acts like shes going to she will go offline and completely forget the problem, this is bad business and rediculous beyond measure, I donot see how anyone can go for two months with out fixing a problem that you are responsible for fixing or ignoring customers when there is a major problem.

price is awesome!, land is awesome! seriously check this out and dont miss it! I Currently rent a small parcel and will be a repeat renter for a very long while with this estate!. Silver Woods.
