STAFF INFORMATION: My goal with events is to have one bartender and up to three dancers on duty. With this staff I would like 8-10 guests in the bar. Events run for two hours from their start time. Bonuses are calculated from the earnings of the bar in an entire day, so staff are welcome to arrive early and/or stay late. Staff are also welcome to invite anyone they like to events. **ALL staff have to be 18!!! BARTENDERS—Bartenders are on staff for those ladies and gentleman who really aren't interested in having sexual fun right away. A bartender's job is to talk to them and keep them in the bar, while subtly encouraging the guest to go enjoy one of our dancers or escorts. They are also responsible inviting people to the bar anytime we have less than 10 people in the bar. I will give you the guest list, which will be in the order you should IM people. Bartenders keep 90% of their tips PLUS they get 10% of the bar's take on the day of the event for which they are scheduled. Once you are on my bartenders list you are welcome to work the bar anytime, but you will only get the 10% bonus during events you are scheduled for. DANCERS—Dancers should emote the guests. IM emotes are acceptable as long as you IM the bartender and let them know which client you are conversing with so that he/she can send new arrivals to the least busy dancer. All of their services must take place within the bar. It is the escorts choice who and how many clients he or she services at any given time. All dancers and escorts keep 90% of their tips. If they work during a scheduled event the top tipped dancer/escort will get a bonus equal to 5% of the bar's take that day. I get a report each day of who was tipped, how much was tipped, and who tipped them. The most tipped staff will get invites to work future events first. All event invites will come seven (7) days before the event. If you can't make the event let me know as soon as possible and I'll contact the next person on my list. If I haven't heard from you within 24 hours of getting the invite message I will assume you can't make it and move on to the next person. There are no hard feelings if you can't make an event. As long as your tip ranking doesn't change, then you won't lose your invite spot on my list. Once you are on my staff list, please feel free to use the bar whenever you like. That said, it is listed as my home location, so don't be offended if I pop in when you're with a client. Also, please send anyone you know who is looking for work my way. I just set up a tiny hole in the wall adult bar. I still have a bit more work to do to get it ready for visitors. I'm looking to get together a list of potential employees who would want to work events in the place. This would be part time and on a reoccurring basis. You will be asked to work a week in advance of an event and if you no show, I simply won't offer again. I don't need a full resume or interview. I need to know what you're willing and capable of doing in an adult bar. Anytime there isn't an event you're more than welcome to use the furniture and tip jars. Please no sex without the owner's express permission. If you're doing business on the property you have to use a tip jar; the property gets 10% of your tips. Freelancers are NOT welcome to work during events. Sorry. Keep in mind, this is more of a hobby for me and it is brand spankin' new. What are you looking for in a manager? --shift times in world? --responsibilities? --ideal candidate? In RL I have a BS in Ag-management from Purdue and I am currently working on post graduate coursework to get my CPA. My minor was in OLS (fancy version of HR). Just curious...I could always use extra cash in-world. I haven't been playing SL long, which is why I put my RL experience.
