  1. Hello there, I'm on Windows 7 64bits. I recently started having rather strange issues running Second Life viewers. I have tried the official Second Life viewer, Firestorm, and a couple of other third party viewers that were shown on the third party viewer directory page, Just a few days prior to this happening, any and all viewers were working just fine. Nothing in my computer has been changed and all of my drivers are up to date. I try to run a viewer, and it only shows the usual "Loading Firestorm" or "Loading Second Life" window and then immediately shuts down without actually showing the log in screen. I have discovered that this doesn't happen when I run the viewers through Avast's Sandbox; I can roam Second Life just fine, except I cannot save any of my settings and/or have a SL cache due to being run in Avast Sandbox. Disabling Avast and all other firewalls prior to launching the viewers doesn't fix the issue. Is there a way to make it so the viewers do not have to be run exclusively in Avast Sandbox mode?
  2. The entirety of the grid either sees me like this: http://goo.gl/5fzVXn or like this: http://i.imgur.com/WWQZl4O.png (Disregard the color of the jacket) This is what I look like to other people when I take off ALL of the clothing layers and attachments: http://goo.gl/87Jpcp I have tried the following to resolve the issue: Character tests Rebaking my textures Switching viewers (From the latest Firestorm to the newest official Second Life viewer) Re-installing viewers Deleting my caches (for all the viewers) Sending a support ticket only to be told to A) Unplug my router/modem and plug it back in (???) B) Switch to a premium account so that they can actually provide me support. How can this issue be solved without having to pay anybody? EDIT: It is indeed related to the SUN-99 issue on Jira. Thanks Theresa Tennyson!
