Chargebacks are completely separate and are when an individual disputes transactions with their bank and has the transactions reversed, and do not have anything to do with canceling a Process Credit Request. The Email Address thing is expected behavior, as the forums use your Second Life email, so the page will redirect to the Account Summary page so you can make any necessary updates to your email on file. As for the Security and Privacy issue, we're going to dig a little more on that and see what's up there.

  9. Please be aware that the presence of an Abuse Report (or several) does not mean that the result will involve the termination of the account reported. There has to be clear evidence that shows that a Resident is violating the Terms of Service before we take action. If we do find evidence of a violation, that action is typically a warning or a suspension, as we prefer to give Residents the chance to correct their behavior (though we will issue terminations if someone really dun goofed, or ran out of chances).
