What app can I use to play SL on my iPhone

[linden not received paid for it and bank said it was taken. its been over a week]

Hello, I have a friend who bought 50.00 USD of Linden , it shows she paid for it but did nto get the Lindens . LL told her call her bank she called the bank the bank said the money was taken by LL it has been over 7 days and LL said it not them its the bank and bank said its them they took her money she justs wants the Linden what can she do? Or who else can she call or do?

also my account ballance is saying ??? Or it will say minus 1L i try to contact friends to give me 1L and its saying everyone is off line. I also try to buy 1000 more L to see if that fixes it and it wont let me
