So I bought an avatar, and I unboxed it just fine. I'm wearing it, but it doesn't show up the way it's supposed to. Instead of a complete avatar, I have a floating gray shape. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

So I bought a Complete Avatar. I unboxed it, and I'm currently wearing it. The default seems to be the right hand. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. It's just a gray ovaloid hovering near my hand. Any help would be appreciated.
