in world location FBS Training Academy , is a full region training facility that provides aspiring Fire Fighters and Medics with hands on training from experienced Second Life Fire Fighters.

Our facility operates much like a real life Fire & Rescue College , and provides students with the following:

Classroom instructors covering the Fundamentals of Fire and Rescue Roleplay

Introduction to TPF and HD Fire Systems

Emergency Vehicle Operator Course ( Open to FD , PD and Medics )

Industrial , Residential Structure , Aviation and Commercial Fire Fighting techniques at our various in house facilities , we offer a variety of structures most community based Fire Departments could only dream of being able to provide their crews as we are NOT limited by town or community roleplay sim management , We are a free standing homestead region , designed to provide students with the feel of being within a family roleplay/community sim, so we get to blow things up and not answer to a mayor

Two fully equipped Fire Stations complete with dorms, classrooms including Emergency Response Department Communications Officer Training ( 9-11 Call evaluator) and a large modern controlled burn tower and fire simulator.

We welcome community based Fire Departments to enroll as a group or to enroll individuals on an as needed basis for training.

All cadets will receive a certificate upon completion.

Well we can't promise tons of additional visitors , our unique agency does tend to attract small numbers of tourists that enjoy seeing new places , so why not welcome them to your little community?

We're one of Secondlifes premier guided tour companies on the grid , and we've been around since 2010 , we're known for showcasing some of the most beautiful and picturesque locations the mainland has to offer and we do it all in one of the coolest aircrafts out there, but more importantly we do it with flair and passion and provide our guests an authentic tour experince of a particular region , the perfect way to spend an hour or so during a romantic date or family adventure, some outings include stop overs at famous landmarks for a quick walk around or picnic , it all depends on our clients needs and desires.

We utilize a modern airship ( think good year blimp) and dress for the part as an airline pilot , we provide both text and voice commentary of the tour as we highlight the various landmarks on our tours.

We operate all of our trips free of charge , our staff do accept small tips for our services and use it to pay for our mainland office and airport rentals.

We recently started providing our services to family roleplay sims with great success , We advertise all of our flights in the passengers of Secondlife group which attracts Aviation enthusiasts and role players alike , an audience which will attend our flights within your community, possibly providing your roleplay sim with some extra advertising and future residents.

All we require from you , is a large parking lot or green space , rez rights for our airship and a few props ( small tent , truck and a couple signs) we also need to be able to advise people in your group chat of the event , take off times and location.

Feel free to send me a note card, telling me about your community, provide a bit of a backstory such as it's founding ( doesn't need to be the real info , be creative!) Mention any features you'd like highlighted and slurl to any possible landing fields or suitable parking lots.

We provide our services to sim owners free of charge , all we ask is for a 300 prim allowance and a location to set up for the weekend, we are a family friendly role play group and accommodate littles and adults alike.

Thanks for the comments so far , its going along with what I have found out in world talking to clubs , the DJ is the contractor and responsible for what content he/she plays ... if I play music from a radio station and its illegal I'm not guilty , they go after the person streaming it .

As for the logo comment , thanks for the reminder ...it will be all personally made content .

I have been a host for ages in SL , and I am looking into launching my own club ...one thing that scares me is media rights , licensing etc . I know that DJ's are responsible to play licensed streams and it falls on them to follow LL TOS and what not ...

As a club owner , what do I need to know from the legal side of operating a club and providing a place for Artists , performers , DJ's ?

Are there any licensing issues I need to ensure I do to be legal?

Any advice appreciated , this isn't a spontaneous dream here ...but a very long thought out thing that has come to the get my land and do it stage.

Hello there , I'm Billy Diesel and I'm looking for a job as a host/greeter .

yes I am the host with the most , funny charming witty and above all professional . I'm familiar with managing clubs and sims .

I'm tactful and direct when dealing with griefers, and I'm also knowledgeable in interviewing staff , hiring and supervision roles.

I tend to be a pretty classy looking guy , love formal attire but have a vast wardrobe .

Comfortable in all types of club scenes (ballroom,gay/lesbian,alternative) ... About the only thing I dont do is DJ , but I'm looking into it.

I'm new to running a sim community , and I wasn't aware i need to deed my sims to the group, in order to allow managers certain controls on the land , or for residents to set media etc.

I just attempted to deed one parcel and everything on that parcel was returned ?and wow was she upset ... and I'm now scared to deed the entire sim to the group in fear all my residents will have things returned and log into an empty town.

What are my options?

Please allow me to introduce myself , My name is Billy Diesel and I am looking to work ... for YOU!

I am an expericened host and Manager with over 1 year of experience in various aspects of SL. I have worked as an estate manager , rental agent and club host/manager, and recently as a community ambasador .

I am knowledgeable in club operations , adding/removing guests from groups , creating or assigning roles , adding / removing media from land and maintaining ban/access lists as an EM.

pretty tech savy and have worked with a few stream management systems (shoutcast/ice cast) and have expericence in adding and removing DJ's or setting up guest DJ's as needed.

I come across as both approachable and professional at all times , my avatar is very well dressed and suited for the role , He is typically a suit and tie kinda guy , or the classic black tux .

I am openly gay , kinda stuck in the 80's music wise but have an appreciation for many genre's , I am able to voice if required in local .

Hello I'm a graphic artist that specializes in custom vehicle themes and decals , mostly Police and Fire based on RL depts for various Roleplay groups. Give me a picture of a real life ride and a PSD template and I'll make you the SL version no problem.

Custom themes for Astaro , ProStreet , CSM , SZYM , ACCC ...just to name a few

custom badges for rp depts , unique police cars ...why use the same one every other dept uses? be original !

I can also do signs for various buildings , exterior 3D hollow letters ( ie letter cut out of wood or metal)
