    Yes, and no.

Yes, you can usually export models made in most programs to DAE format and upload them to Secondlife.

No, you really shouldn't try and upload that object specifically, because you can't import shaders to SL; to make an effect like that you would need to do a bit of scripting (It's actually a really simple script if you have the assets set up correctly, but setting up the assets correctly is hard because there aren't many programs that do that for you automatically. )

You might want to take some SL-specific blender courses or read up on what does and does not transfer from the modeling program to SL, and learn to make LODs and physics models.

Hmmm, okay, thank you.. what if I were to (somehow) get the texture and just shove it onto a default sphere in second life?

  2. I think I may have confused people (apologies, my wording is not the greatest..) I'm not fussed about the shadows being pixelated, my problem I'm having is the actual fuzzyness with the purple and green lines in the bakcground, they shouldn't be there image.png.3cc5d792c178eb887ac110907d926e5f.png

No idea if this applies to Black Dragon (let alone shadows) but the description sounds like "Depth of Field" which is an advanced graphics preference, wherever it can be found in that viewer. Try turning that off and see if it helps.

Yup, I already have that option unchecked >.<

  4. Hi all.. I'm trying out Black dragon but for some reason the background is super fuzzy and pixelated... any idea how I can fix it? I've gone through all the settings and fiddled with everything.. not entirely sure what I'm doing truth be told.... TIA ❤️

  5. I don’t know how to explain this too well but I’ll try my best >.< I’ve seen a few outfits in SL have two ways to wear at the click of a button I was wondering if there’s maybe a gadget/hud etc that allows you to play a transforming affect when you change your saved outfits if that makes sense?? I.e when I use my mermaid outfit it looks like I’m magically transforming instead of just detaching my legs and popping on a tail 😂

If you dont think the hair in the first picture is Monso Yaska - you do not want the hair in the first picture - because that hair IS Monso Yaska... Any visible differences is due to light, resolution of picture, viewer settings, hair color, head shape etc...

Maybe I'm just nitpicking but it looks a bit different in my eyes? image.thumb.png.0b45786cdeffbbfe9753df12a44f0b57.png

It looks like a style from Rezology but I do not think they are abailable anymore

       I second this.

It's the HUD I use most of the time on both my avies when I want static expressions for shoots. I also have a different HUD that allows for more precise eye movement (since I can't be bothered to log over to BDW to shoot).

Whilst the animations are a bit over the top in some cases with Genus, you can adjust how severe the expression is - and you can try the HUD for free at the store if you want to have a look first.

This was perfect!! Thank you both ❤️

  9. Hi everybody,, hoping someone can help me out here >.<

I'm looking for a facial expression hud compatible with Catwa head for my photo's with natural looking faces? Not really looking for sex ones.. I have this one ; https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Blow-Up-Bento-Open-Mouth-Tongue-HUD-V12/11556759

But I really need some with more natural smiles etc than the ones built into the Catwa hud... TIA!! ❤️

Second Life is not a safe space. Beware.

Avoid the hate- and fear-based furry communities, the ones run by rotten patriarchs like insular cults, the ones who degrade others with lies and operate like Lords of Flies, and you'll do well.

Oh sweetie, thank you for this, haha. But as an openly honest trans woman I can safely say I'm well aware, you just learn how to weed out the bad ones ❤️

  11. Hi everyone, I'm looking to join a furry community & make some other like minded friends, I have the kemono avatar. But I wouldn't have a clue where to start.. any help would be appreciated. Tia ❤️

  12. Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'm hoping somebody here can help me out? As the title states I'm looking to start my own clothing line. Specifically just uploading my own textures to stuff.. though I have no idea where I'd start?

I've seen alot of items in SL do look the same just with peoples owns texturing/designs on them and I'm wondering how exactly that works? Is there like a template database for stuff? Really, I just want to design a cropped hoodie with halloween decor on them. TIA ❤️
