Hello everyone. My name is Lexy Nexen and I am formerly the C.E.O of Nexen & Co which is still up and running however has been passed on to a very loyal company member. Also, I am a former on screen news reporter for Eyewatch Inworld News. Hello! Here is some information I researched for you: If your payment methods are not updating properly, it often has something to do with the bank or card issuer. Some credit card companies will automatically decline or hold for review international charges (or "online gaming" charges) as a safeguard against fraud. If you are located in the U.S., delete and re-enter your payment method. This will make it go through the domestic processor, which reduces the chances of your financial institution putting a hold on the transaction. If you're having trouble getting a payment method to update: If you have waited at least 30 minutes and have attempted several transactions that failed or information is still pending update, delete and re-enter your billing information or try an alternate method of payment (credit or debit card). To do this:Go to Your Dashboard. Click Account. Click Billing Information. Update your billing information then click Submit. If the update is sucessful, you will see the message "Your information has been successfully updated". Wait 30 minutes to get approval from your payment processor. After the second attempt, if transactions are still failing or information is still pending update, contact your credit or debit card issuer:If you are still unable to complete a transaction after following the above steps, contact Linden Lab billing support as explained above.Ask to speak directly to the risk and security department. Explain that you wish to authorize your card for charges from Linden Research and Second Life. While on the phone, clear and re-enter your billing information. The bank or card issuer should then see (and approve) a $1 verification charge; which will be refunded. Your problem wasn't specified so there might be a few different reasons why this is happening. That's a strange case. I tried researching the answer for you but sadly had no luck. Maybe someone else here might be able to answer that. I've never encountered that but have encountered something similar. The only thing I can think of is that it may be Viewer Related. If your question does not get answered then I suggest just sending in an abuse report for this person. Hi there, If you have tried to IM this creator and got no response, chances are 1. He is offline or 2. Simply Busy. Most content creators do not respond to IMs anway. On the other hand you may try sending him a notecard with your questions and await a response, you may not recieve that response right away but perhaps a day or more later. Also, to find out whether his skins are of good quality or not, you may try reading reviews (if there are any) on some of the products once you've selected one. In addition, most places offer a DEMO for you to try so it is possible you can check his Marketplace for Demos and also see if he has an Inworld store that may also possibly have demos available. No, they can't be changed, the only way to re-do a group name is remaking the group. I personally have had to eject all my group members since there weren't many of them at the time then leave the group myself and finally creating a new group with my desired group name. -Nexen.

Yes, what Rolig said, only other group owners may add another person as an owner to the group. However, SL does have a limit of how many group owners are able to be "added" to the group, I beilive somewhere between 2 & 3. What you can also do is create a 'New Role' with the same owner's Title and check all the boxes under the permissions allowing them to have full control of the group. - Nexen.
