So, one of the accounts looks fixed *fingers crossed*. I just logged in and she popped out of the ground. This is the more recent account. I logged into the other one to see if it would fix itself too, but no such luck. I then tried what you suggested, logged out flying and logged in again somewhere else, but that didn't work either. I don't know what I'm going to do. Thanks for the suggestion though, I was really hoping that one would work. :matte-motes-crying:.

So, this has happened with both of the accounts on this computer. The second one didn't happen until later, a few minutes after I'd logged in. I was in different locations each time it happens, didn't happen immediately after logging in, installation, nor did it happen when I was changing clothing, accessories, etc. This is what it looks like... So, I'm not all the way underground, just my head is sticking out. Using the standard SL Viewer, and I actually tried reinstalling that Viewer as well as installing a few different Viewers. And the problem persists. Have tried adjusting the z positioning on the avatar, after which they will stay above the ground... until they move:matte-motes-angry:. I do appear this way to others, so I can't just go about and pretend all is normal. Also, it seems that the avatar is folded in on itself, because I can see what looks like the heels of its feet sometimes and it unfolds when adjusting z position. The center appears to be where it would normally be, so the camera angle is as if it was standing properly and the different move-axis appear where the center of the avatar should be. It's just collapsed. I can still use various items, and when I sit somewhere everything goes back to normal. I'm completely baffled and this has been going on for a couple of days now. Tried logging in at different locations (including pooley), tried taking everything off the avatar, tried teleporting - all for nada. Help me, please!

Ok, so I tried taking everything off and tried to reinstall. I just use the standard viewer which I found here. I also tried the beta version which can also be seen from that page. I don't know much about any other viewers, I'm pretty new at this (just a couple days in).

I tried logging in at "pooley" and I'm still underground. And I had tried logging in to a few different locations before.

A couple of days ago this happened to me as well. I was just wandering around Cadair and I suddenly fell into the ground. When I sit somewhere, everything goes back to normal and I can see my avatar, but when walking around or even flying, all I can see is my head. I tried adjusting the z axis from my preferences, but then it immediately went back to the way it was. My home is just on the ground, so it's not the skybox issue. I've tried logging in at different locations and teleporting, but the issue remains. It's hard to do anything when I can't see and I'm not sure if this is how I appear to others. Help!!
