  1. I filed a Jira. My collaborators are still not getting revenue but the only answer I get is that they are working on getting lost revenue to merchants and I'm given a link to this forum. THE BUG IS NOT FIXED. HELLOO!!!!
  2. yep mine too. First one was closed as resolved, I opened another and it's still 'awaiting review' after over a week. When I saw the post that said to file a JIRA if your issue hadn't been resolved as of sunday noon, I filed one. It was closed as a duplicate and my one ticket left open is still waiting. I comment daily asking for someone to just acknowledge me but i only get answered by whirly fizzle who apparently doesn't know anymore about it than I do.
  3. LOL I got a similar email not long ago. MY status was changed. They can keep it, I just want the bugs fixed and my money!
  4. I filed a JIRA because my issue still isn't resolved. It was closed as a duplicate and the original is listed as resolved. That doesn't work so well for me. I understand waiting a few days for repayment, but if the bug isn't fixed, that does me no good.
  5. My co creators are not getting their distributions. Since I have my share going to an alt account via distributions, we have not received any payment for sales since June30!! I filed a bug report and for some reason it's listed as resolved as of July 2. Despite my opening a new bug report and updating the status to show stopper. I'm not even sure I filed it correctly because nothing seems to be simple here. Frustrated doesn't begin to cover it when I see my sales increasing but my revenue slipping away into the LL abyss. I asked if I should change the distribution status on the items so I get paid directly and pay my co creator,( I'm worried making changes will confuse the issue ) just to stop the bleeding but NO answer.
  6. Shortly after the launch my co-creators stopped receiving their distributions. This has resulted in a large loss and so far all I know is the case has been triaged. It's been over a week. Aside from that I have noticed one or two double purchases and almost made a double purchase as well after my basket was refilled with items i had just purchased after I payed. It just seems the new system is riddled with bugs that cost merchants and customers lindens.
