Radiance Snowpaw

I seem to only be having ths issue on the weekends. It started last weekend on 5/3/14. I attempted to log in as usual...I did but after 10 min, i crashed and then I had issues the rest of the day logging back in. The first time it took me about 30 attempts to log back in and finallly i was successful. The next day, I attempted to log back in in the afternoon and I was having the same issue again. I assumed it was due to the weekend maintenance that Linden Labs were performing. By late Sunday night, I was able to finally start logging in on the first attempt but my SL Voice was affected. By Monday afternoon everything was back to normal. All week logging in has been fine. I just attempted to log in today, May 10th and I'm having the same issues again that I had last weekend. It doesn't seem to matter what viewer I am on. I always seem to get hung up at "Requesting region capabilities" or something about the region handshake. Is anyone else having these types of issues? I'm not sure why this is only happening on the weekends either. I cleared my cache, broswer cache, checked my internet speeds/connections and everything is normal.
