Hello, I'm having some problems with my subscription in the marketplace, recently I put 3 products, 2 in Avatar Components> Avatar Shapes> Female Avatar Shapes (L $ 999 every 30 days), and 1 in Avatar Components> Avatar Skins> Female Skins (L $ 599 every 15 days), and I had L $ 999 discounted 9 times, and I only have 3 subscriptions .. Does anyone Know what is happening? thank you guys!

Well, after one million problems and headache, I recieved my money that was on hold, I Got answer that my account is finally up to date, and they paid me in the day after, one week after i sent the tax forms and my documents, well after that i exchanged more, and today is the 7th business day and nothing went to my paypal, does anyone with the same problem? why that delay if account is already ok? Thanks. Ana.

  5. well, I really dont know what else to do, my forms were sent in 01/21 , no responses till now< i already did 1000 coments in the open ticket, subimited a new one, and the answer is always the same to comment in the open ticket, that same ticket that they dont answer...billing department never can inform, neither live chat, I got a premium account to see if would change something, but nothing changed, my bills and rl rent ar all overdue, because i have money there since 01/09, i am starting to beeing desperate!

We are in the same boat! sent my Form in 01/22, and no answers....that billing department is a sh%$it, they cant say how long it will be solved, and that they are doing everything to get it solved, an as soon as they CAN , they will answer the ticket, heard it 1 million times by phone and by live chat.
  7. I Really only would like to know why they dont answer my tickets...neither give us a straight answer on phone....thats unbeliveable!

Thank you for your charisma Lilibeth, I tried to call them today, asked to speak to a person who can give me straight answers, and then discovered that only the call center operates on weekends, the technicians responsible for Tax Forms, are operating only Monday through Friday, but all documents are ok and readable, I really think they are busy with all this demand, tomorrow I'll try to call again, and post the news, Thank you very much. My husband sent the Tax form and required documents in 01/21, and til now we dont have any answers in our ticket, we already add coments and nothing! he tryied to open another ticket, but we got this answer : Thanks for contacting Linden Lab Support. Best Regards, Yesterday he tryied a call, and a nice lady on phone finally said him that LL recieved his documents and TAX form, but he should need to wait for an answer on ticket, and that LL is totaly busy with lots of TAX forms, well nothing changed yet, our ticket still "in Process" and will complete 1 month in february 9th that our money is on hold, I really would like to know if there is someone in the same situation. thanks Ana Smith.

Best Regards, we already added a coment in the old open ticket(the same that we sent ID copy attached), but no responses till now.
  11. Marina, did LL sent you any informations saying that your documents are ok? or your case is like mine,that have no answer after sent the tax form filled up and documente required? my husband sent in 01/21, and till now, his ticket was not aswered even to say if documents and tax form were ok.

I am very sad and disappointed, my husband sent the tax form and required documents to LL last tuesday 01/21, and no response till now, even to say if the documents were ok, we have payments on hold since 01/09 and 01/11,and as i said before there are many people like me that make real money here to survive, he tryied to call there but someone on phone was not helpful.

My case is no different from the others, my husband tried to process credit for paypal, one in 01/09 and another on 01/11, we note the delay of payment, then decided to search here in the forum if there was someone with the same problem when I found the post Lilibeth Filth (thank you), he immediately phoned Linden lab, and was informed that both payments were on hold until the completion of Tax Form, Linden lab sent the form he filled in and sent back to LL. My question: Anybody here who sent the completed form back to LL had any news about when they go to process payments on hold? They gave some time to pay upon receipt of the form? Will we have to wait another 5 working days? I'm worried, because as many here have expenses RL and SL, and are all delayed. My very Thank you all, and I hope we have solved our problems. Ana.
