This is probably a more appropriate place for these questions, sorry for the double post If I was to abandon a parcel when does the tariff payments end?, and/or what exactly is the process or processes to be rid of the tariff. I am sure this has been asked or written of 1000 times but I can't really find an answer. Also the sale of a section of group land how does the repayment split of that money get repaid to group members percentage wise, for example. 1 member (A) contributes to 512 (7.6%) another (B) 2048 (30.7%) and another (C) 4096 (61.54%), so 6,656 in total. I presume if say 70% of that parcel was sold at 1L a metre. Could I assume that the returns to each member would be directly proportional to the share of the overall holding. Therefore sale price of 70% of the parcel is 4659L The share value would be as follows A gets 354, B gets 1430 and C gets 2867. And again in this case when does cessation of tariffs occur.
