The funny thing is, this problem was with this avatar on firestorm, but not with the other avatar. So I am sure, e reinstall wouldn't help. Logged this one in then into the old Phoenix, and there I can open the groups and join them. But if this would be a firestorm-problem, then it should neither work with my other avatar. Very weird. After trying in Phoenix, I logged back in into firestorm, and again, same problem, but only with this account. That is totally weird and frustrating. But thanks again for suggesting some ideas:) If it continues with this one, a clean reinstall certainly wouldn't harm.

Still just tried all suggestions, and the same problem...this avatar can't open any group infos (own or other groups), neither via the search, so can't join any group via the join button. Relogged again a few times. The other avatar of mine can do all of it, but this still can't. Please, any other ideas?thanks:)

Hmm...doesn't sound to me like that's the reason, because when I log in another account,it doesn't have that problem at all. It is a Lan connection, so can rule out the wireless problem. After several relogs, and another day, nothing works, but with another avatar of mine it does.

Hello everyone. SL doesn't let me open the group info of any group anymore, not even of a group I created myself, neither of any I am a member of. That also means, that I can't join a free group for example, as I can't open it to click the join-button. I am age verified and even added billing info. Does anyone have an idea and can help me? Many thanks:)
