I have no access to my viewers adn need to send a message to someone in sl. I need to know if there is a way to do that?

Does anyone know how your avi can draw pictures in second life?

I am new here and trying to learn the controls. Earlier my I was getting a high pitched buzzing noise no I have no sound in my sl viewer. The sound works fine on teh computer and for all other sites. So how can I fix this?
