I cannot log into my main avatar/character either on the website nor the Second Life viewer nor the Phoenix Viewer. The error messages is: Login failed. Sorry! We couldn't log you in. Please make sure you've entered the correct username and password and your caps lock is off. I am able to log into a secondary avatar/character with no trouble on the website and in both viewers. I've tried restarting my computer, changing my start area, sending my main a message and an item from my secondary avatar (and I get the message that my main is, indeed, not logged in). Please help.
