When ever I try to Tp my avatar from current Region to another Regions I got message, you are banned for this Region especially when I try to Tp me on Secret Fantasy I get said message ,and I try over and over but result still same pls help me , only few places I can go not all that I have in my landmark and favorite places in my Inventory why?

Hi Techinical support, When ever i try to Tp my Avatar from current Region to another region I recieve message , you are baned for this Region to Secert fanatcy and any Rigion Kindly help me, I cant Tp my Avatar at any Region.
