Alvensleben Region's Marina and Resort are offering Condo rooms for rent cheap and good prims. We are located in Mainland just South East of Nautilius island, South of Blake Sea's info Center and southwest of Blake Sea. Our condo prices range depending on the floors for as minimun of 50L/week for 75 prims, 150L/week for 100 prims and up depending on the floors (The higher the floor, the higher the price but the more prims to have); We currently have 18 floors and the last one is a pent house. We also offer Beach Huts for those who wants just single rooms in front of the beach. We posses a pier where people can rent to dock their ships, but people who rents a condo room get also a docking bay for free.
