Bondage Ranch is part of the private "Freedom Continent", a group of adult sims based on private islands. It is a 30K prim sim, and it is at the moment built in a Western theme with mines and farms and hangouts. The sim comes as it is built today, and a renter can keep or remove anything they want. Full terraforming is also possible. The renter gets full estate rights, and a seat on the Director's board that meets every Saturday to coordinate, inspire, share ideas and sort out issues. The sim is next to other busy sims, traffic varying from 8K to 50K, so it is an attractive place that will draw avatars. The rent price is set at 75 000 Lindens per calendar month, payable one month ahead on the 15th of each month. This is a great way to get started in the adult community.
