I keep doing the send instruction thing, but i always comes up as your account is on a hold or something like that, and also you know the support case thing, i don't know which category to do it in Please help mee!

I have forgot my pass, but when i log into the website its there for me but when ever i try and reset it i can't remember the password, i have check my emails sevreal of times, but its not working for me, i have proberly sent it to my email about 7 times already but it wont let me change my password. Can anyone help me?
