it was working last night but then crashed suddenly and how wont load up to the main log in page it just says initalizing vfs and wont load is it stuf ive done ? update 19/9/13 i have windows 7 not firestorm thing the links below are verry complcated to read and understand unless u have firestorm so with that in mind can could someone tell my how to fix the cache problem by useing windows 7 and the steps to do it i have tryed to do it by going to the settings in the browser and deleating history and clicking on the box that says cache on it but it still dont work HELP :(

my 2L crashes when i log in and travel to a destination/landmark. why is this i have deleated other games on my laptop and items that take up space i have reinsuled it to the new version but it will let me log in with out fail i have listed my laptop info below aspire 570 4g memory 500g hhdd intel graphics 3000up to 1760mb

hi and thanks for helping out again. and yes i finally did get back on after doing what you told me to try out on the earlier question so below is the required info u asked for this is the 2 messages it comes up with after 2l stops runnig message 1: crash error report gathering hardware information app may appear frozen message 2 sending to server 1 this then goes and i can log back on but it crashes and repeat's. here is my laptop info aspire 5750 intel core i3-2310m (2.1GHz 3MB L3cache) intel hd craphics 3000 up to 1760mb dynamic video memory 1.56"HD LED LCD 4 GB DDR3 memory 500GB HDD 378 gb of free storage space left on laptop regarding the internet connection side of things. i have got a problem with bt at the moment as the connection is sometimes good and sometimes bad but when i play 2nd life its at full connection and hasen`t interrupted things in the past

i will log onto 2nd life but when 2nd life loads up it will crash after a few min of gameplay why is this

hi thanks for the help. but i have tried above but still the app is frozen. i no u said to then do a swipe of settings, but i don't what to do this as i don't no if this would delete my avatar and all the stuff i have bought on the market place and also in 2nd life with it. if it dose is there another way round this as there is at least £40.00 spend on 2nd-life avatar witch im sure you will agree i wouldn't what to lose.

2nd life has been working brilliantly on my PC for 4 months now but has just suddenly now stopped working when loading up when clicked on. All it gets up to is initializing vfs and it freezes at that point. this has been continuous for about 4 weeks now I have reinstalled it sevrul times but this doesn't’ seem to work as the same problem accusers. Can someone help please
