Eu estava comprando umas roupas pro meu Avatar e quando fui experimentar um demo de um vestido, meu avatar simplesmente se deformou e não volta ao normal mesmo se eu tirar o vestido e mudar de "shapes", o que eu faço?

Hello! I started playing this game today and I can barely play because of the lag, before it was ok but now my teleport screen and my avatar don't download and I can't teleport to other places.. Is this normal? What do I do? (And forgive my bad english, I'm brazilian and I don't know if there is a portuguese forum.. >_<)
