alguien de mi familia instalo un programa que se llama pc performer por error y este fue el inicio de mi pesadilla desde ahi no pude entrar a sl la aplicacion se colgaba y decia no responde , un tecnico resolvio ese problema borro la aplicacion pero no pude correr la aplicacion despues de intentar mil cosas instalar y desinstalar todos mis visores para second life sin exito le dimos formato a la portatil le instalamos windows 7 otra vez pero nada esto no resolvio el problema pero ahora cuando trato de ejecutar la aplicacion me sale un msj que dice : singularity viewer is unable to run because your video card drivers did not install properly, are out of date or are for unsupported hardward. please make sure you have the latest video card drivers and even if you do have the latest, try reinstalling them. if you continue receive this message contact the second life support portal. sin embargo el tecnico dice que la tarjeta de video esta bien y que los drivers estan instalados no se que hacer ayudenme por favor es una portatil Hp 550 intel centrino intel (r)core(tm)2 duo t5270 1.40ghz sistema operativo de 32 bits muchas gracias estoy deseperada.
