Here, hopefully this is better! I tossed up a ceiling light (it was missing one anyway) and took some close ups to get decor details. Sorry for my haste and poor lighting before!
I might add more and change a few things as I continue with the other rooms. But so far, with the addition of the ceiling light, the room is at 36 LI total with everything pictured, including the shell for walls and floor. So I have some room to play, maybe in here or maybe just the rest of the house.

Extremely exciting news from Muniick for this weekend's Happy Weekend Sale! Their entire Wickman Farmhouse Kitchen - in 4 finishes, Adult or PG - is being sold for only 60L$! Note that anyone who has bought this previously should check their inventory for a free update! (The only problem I see is that the pieces are a bit too large - I haven't been able to check how well they scale down, but for 60L$...)
This is a really lovely kitchen with lots of choices. I love the oven too.

Since the releases aren't automated, I don't expect there will be any releases over the weekend?

Okay, I'm glad to hear you ladies have that problem too. I thought I was the only dumdum who accidentally buys something on sale I bought two years ago at regular price.
I'm also getting better about checking my inventory before making that purchase but some things fall through the cracks.
The vendors in some some stores automatically refund you if you have bought the item before. I wish they all did that. I Sometimes I have no recollection at all of buying items so now I always search my inventory first. I have tried to be organized in my inventory but still its a bit of a mess and difficult to find things 🙄

My internet isn't fast enough for these slow releases. Only ever really pick up ones others have abandoned soon after the release. I love the stilt homes, the on water, pier and on land all have a vibe I like.

Trads- I tend to decorate them in line with their name, traditionally, with a nice fireplace, soft comfy sofa and a cosy feel.
Houseboats- relaxed, informal furniture and nautical themed objects and a little row boat moored outside. And lots of wine and cheese for some reason.
Trailers- Bohemian feel, relaxed and colourful inside and an abundance of flowers and greenery outside, barbeque and garden chairs. I have a very private one beside a river that I don't expect to ever give up.
Victorians- originally I called mine Villa Diodati and filled it with gothic style furniture and Victorian patterned wallpaper. Dotted around were photos of Bram Stoker and scenes from Frankinstein etc. Then I found I didn't like the dreary darkness so I went with the traditional but modern bright decor. I guess I would never have suited being a goth, I like colour too much. I've had my Victorian since it was released last December and doubt I will give it up any time soon. I have had others I have loved but can't keep them all.
Log Cabins- I always seem to go with lots of indoor plants, leather sofas and big cosy fireplaces. I love autumn decor at the log homes and a profusion of flowers in the garden in summer.
Stilts- I'm not sure yet. I might lean towards similar deco to the houseboats but maybe I'll try something a bit different this time. I know I love the feeling in these homes and the noises of gulls and waves. There will be a table on the balcony with wine and cheese on it no matter what the other decor (wine and cheese is always my vibe). Somewhere to sit listening to the soothing lapping of the waves and watching the sun go down over the sea.
Chalets- I see these as a bit fairytale so maybe time to dust off my fairy wings which haven't seen the light of day for a decade. I see natural wood furniture and patchwork quilts. A bit like Snow White's house I think.- 5

And finally a dream boat
I put everything on one card and gave up my "Okay-Boat" despite the lack of houseboats all the time. I also wanted to be very picky this time and get hold of a "WOW-Boat;).I've been searching for weeks and was hoping for the big move at Stilt-Release.I got 2-3 good places, but I persevered: meaning to be picky.
Today I was in the kitchen preparing for Christmas. Finally finished I looked into the Thread for news :
and read that I missed the Stilt release. Ohh ...>tried to read the latest news quickly
read: houseboats are also released .... Ohh..OMG..>While still reading I also log into the landpage
Oh .. a houseboat - type..click..wait...Ohh I have a boat ... hmm--Ohhhhh --- a "WoW -Boat" !!??
Is it really one, could it be?.
Yes, it is a "Wow -Boat"🙂Thank to those who abandon this lovely boat and many thanks to all the stilt hunters
Merry Christmas to allIt ticks every single box;
Square parcel ☑️
View of lighthouse ☑️
Attached to land ☑️

On my way home from work and sitting outside waiting on my husband getting a takeaway and decided to have a look and see if stilts were released. Delighted, I got one no problem, attached to the pier but over water. I'm loving these houses. Beautiful ambience noise too. I feel like I'm at the seaside. Thanks to Patch and the whole team. Great job as usual. Merry Christmas.

Oh I recognize that one! I was stalking it before the region released. It is a great spot, for sure! I love how it's offset so that the entrance curves.
I think its a keeper. Some people collect stamps...

Keeping a premium account property free to try for a stilt home but decided to play GOHs. I caught this Victorian and I love it. It isn't near water but it's in a lovely spot where the Vics meet log homes and there is a mountain behind. Its so private and I love the little entrance from the road. Now I have a dilemma 🤔🙄

When did you last see a Bellessarian home available?
in Linden Homes
Posted
I'm wondering who is managing to get the newly released homes. I have only got one newly released since the first stilt release. Since then, the same abandons over and over. I guess they don't like people changing homes and have found a way to stop it maybe?
