Im totally lost and have no idea how to use this program it is so cryptic, how do I find places to go and what do I do when I get there?

why cant I go anywhere? it keeps saying I need an app but there are no apps, what do to go anywhere? I don't have any idea how to get to anywhere or visit any place. Nothing seems to be working? Why cant I go places? The last time I was here I was able to go into all kind of rooms and different places now nothing works? Why does it keep asking me to create an avatar over and over, does it not save the one I keep choosing? Why does it keep asking me to register and join every time I login? How many times to have to rejoin?
