Hello, So, in order to be clear, I decided to take my premium membership two months ago, in order to get a Linden Home, and for now, on my side I never had any issues. I decided to move few weeks ago to a different type of Home, and got a Log Home. Until now, I had no issues, I was at about 60/50 FPS, which was perfectly fine to me, especially considering the fact my decoration was a bit heavy. BUT, for about a week now, I can't reach 20 FPS, and I'm mainly around 10/15 FPS, which is pretty annoying to move around my house, but also for my friends it's a big pain, considering the fact that they just can't come home anymore (since they just crash). To be clear, I haven't change my home decoration since I moved in. i do my best to have low Prims furnitures, and few scripts, so things stay stable. Do you know a way to contact the Governor or report this issue to Linden Lab ? Or find a way to reduce those issues. Also, I haven't check my neighborough, but in my previous Linden Home, I had also some FPS drops, cause (to my mind) by my neighbor who had about 10/15 feedable pet at home. I spent about 20/30 hours to make my home decoration, and it would trully break my A** to redo everything... So, your help is pretty important to me ! Thank you very much ! KR, Charlou

@Sylvia Tamalyn You were right ! I was using the wrong group ! Now, it's set up for this I guess, I just got confused with the groups, hard to achieve those things alone.

Hello all, Thank you for the time you spent trying to help me Anyway, concerning the "Set Home" option. We did try to set the home location through the menu : World > Set Home, sadly, we have a message saying " You can only set home in your mainland or in infoHUB places"... Something that we didn't had before. About the security, I already got a different security system, which is set properly on 50m of distance, so I don't annoy everybody, and forbid anybody to come home. Issue, is that, I thought it was possible to deed a land directly to a group, which was then in charge of security of my place. I didn't really tried with my security orb, cause, I wanted a fast security, and I wasn't installed properly yet. Sorry, I didn't give enough information in my first ticket, and yes, I did try to read the Linden Home Convenant, but I haven't find my answers in them ^^ KR, Charlou

Hello, Two questions in one topic, hope you won't mind it. 1st question : I succeeded in a previous Linden Home to allow foreign avatars to set home to my actual home, but I can't find that possibility anymore (as I've change of home). Can you please explain me ? Cause, now, she's logging everyday in my previous home, and I do think it's making the new owner pretty unhappy. 2nd question : Is it possible to set a security for my own parcel to a specific group that I created ? A friend tried to explain me, but it seems I can't "deed" the parcel to the group. Is it even possible ? And if it is, how am I possible ? (the same friend told me she did it before, when she had a Linden Home). Thank you in advance for your help, I tried to look through the support tutorials, videos, forums... but, I didn't find anybody with the same issues as mine. Kind regards, Charlou.

Hello/Bonsoir. Je me tourne vers vous tout simplement, parce qu'un de mes problèmes à le don de me mettre hors de moi ....Je vous explique. Depuis quelques jours, je voyais un message bizarre sur certaines de mes tenues sauvegardés .... " Le dossier est vide" ... Après avoir regarder un peu plus, j'ai remarquer que les trois quarts de mes dossiers de tenue étaient vide... Je me suis dit que ce n'était pas grave. Après tout, ca allait me permettre de ranger mon inventaire. C'est lorsque j'ai voulu refaire mes tenues que là ... les soucis ont vraiment commencer... En effet, j'ai remarquer que plusieurs dossier (j'ai pas regarder la totalité, j'ai trop de dossier dans mon inventaire...), mais pour ainsi dire ...4/5 des dossiers étaient vide ... Ce qui m'énerve est que j'ai depenser plusieurs milliers de L$ pour arriver après 3ans et demi de SL à avoir cet inventaire, et j'ai pas l'intention de tout refaire. Alors voila, j'aimerais qu'on me trouve une solution... Sinon, je ne me vois pas continuer SL... Alors voila, je souhaite trouver une solution qui soit vraiment arrangeante ... Sur ce, bonne soirée. Bonjour, j'avais déja poster un topic au début de l'année à propos de soucis de connexion avec SLviewer.... En effet, lorsque j'essaie de me connecter avec mon compte, c'est purement et simplement impossible. Malgré un redémarrage de mon ordinateur, ainsi qu'un vidage et nettoyage complet de mon ordi.... Cependant, quand je me connecte avec mon compte secondaire, ca marche.... >_<' Bizard en effet... J'ai donc essayer de me connecter avec mon compte principal sur Nirans Viewer, et là ? Bim ca marche.... A vrai dire, je n'y comprends rien du tout et c'est extremement frustrant surtout quand comme moi, mon ordinateur ne supporte QUE SLviewer. Voila, j'espère que vous saurez me donner une reponse, qui m'aidera un peu plus que la dernière. Merci d'avance *C*
