Why does it take a special account to log into the beta grid? Why is this site down? ---> http://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com Tell me the steps I need to take to be able to test mesh uploads on the beta graid. I have tried the suggestions and none work. I am using a default client and my computer can do high end 3d art assets. I am using the latest viewer that is the SL approved one. I really need help on this one. I can log into the beta grid but I cannot upload any mesh as it tells me my account is not authroized. I have all the requirements that was suggested and I still cannot test.

Would have been nice to be told about this supposed test. Where is the SL official page outlining this?

Changing / refreshing my account does not work for me. the below site is down as well. http://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com would be nice if the site was not so much of a hassle to get on just for testing...

Perhaps a different approach. Get a scripting guru to help do it via texture map switching. i know there is a limit per prim but you can use one texture for all the hands and i have done this. Just a thought.
