I've tried both ways and still get the same result. I don't think it's because of my antivirus, since I have an alt account that can login to the marketplace. It's just this account, I'm having trouble with... Would it be of any help, that this is a reactivated account - (reactivated it around July)? Please and Thank you.

I've tried using different browsers, IE, Firefox, Google Chrome (Firefox being my main browser), as some people suggested on here and clearing my cache also. But neither have worked and not sure what else to try.
