[Crashing all the time]

I am a Host in Second Life
I crashed between 7 to 10 times per day. I have a good conexion.
Installation of my viewer is clean. I do all the updates. I have a good video card.. But I am always crashing.
I dont know what to do. is a server problem? How can I solve this issue?

Hello!

 I have Disable left-click causing autopilot from preferences.

And the problem Autopilot cancelled persist.

This it happens since I´ve updated SL viewe.

Every time I move my avatar, appear this notification.

I've updated  SL Viewer. Since I did it appears an notification Autopilot cancelled when I try to move my avi.

How can I solve this?

I need to know why have dissapeared items from my inventory?, iItems pay and a lot of stuff. 

How can I prevent this? How can i Recover the lost items.
