I need about 45 renters to turn a profit on my land that are looking to be a part of a community at the expense of personal prims. Renters get 20-30 prims. Is this goal achievable? And if so about how long will it take to reach?

PussyC, On the contraire I think im in the perfect age to be using SL :matte-motes-wink: Im using this as a way to simulate real world buisness while Im going to school for buisness #RLgoalsSLmeans Also at the moment its unusable because I just added another parcel. Im fixing all that shortly. Regardless tho these posts were very helpful, it explains why invisible X-wings have been showing up all over my land haha Thank u all, customer service and community building is my #1 so ill be sure to update when its all functioning as it should be.

In the world of groups I have low competition. However I dont know outside of groups. Ive tested the other Zombie games out there and mines above average. Stats of my swagged out huts: Extra 25 prims Fully Furnished (For being a hut): Place to put items collected, shoji screen, bed, Hokusai inspired art. 120 to 150L a week I'm also offering a community to be a part of which sky boxes do not I need only 10 renters. Do you think this is do able?

Is home security important to renters? or What other reasons might there be as to why my super dope samurai huts aren't renting?

I worked hard to build a beatiful and fun place no one had an interest in. I said have an interest. They said no u cant make me have an interest if I dont want to have an interest. I said true.
