I've seen a few on the marketplace, but none that look fully realistic. I've heard there are mods out there for the Waterhorse avatars though, sorry I couldn't find a direct link for you and goodluck!

I've used BOKU to buy linden in SL, among others. It's a good choice when a customer wishes to use SMS or their phone line to purchase linden even though it works at a higher rate. There are a lot of third party linden sellers around who take advantage and use BOKU and several other services that allow this.
