  1. I have experienced this matter twice and after I've tried everything,I've decided to contact my ISP provider.My problem was fixxed in 24 hours.It was a loop network.I strongly suggest you do the same. Good luck

Solution for ''Waiting for Region Handshake...'' error: after I've experienced the 2nd time this problem(about 6 months later) and I've tried everything I read in here, I've got in touch with my Internet Provider who explained me that all this annoying matter is just an internal trouble matter.Ater they have checked their equipments and all gear they found and fixxed that problem.It took just 24 hours(maybe less) to realize it was a loop network..So...when nothing seems to work,get in touch with your ISP.

I've tried your suggestios,still dont work;I'm at home,no proxy,using Phoenix even I installed Viewer2 which also doesnt work;I've tried with another avi on Viewer2 different matter: Cannot login to a simulator .So its no use to reinstall both viewers,doesnt make any sense!Anyway thank you for the quick answer Rolig,very kind of you.Got a new idea now,I'll contact my internet provider.

It seems that nothing works...I've tried to login from my son's computer,new instalation/new viewer didnt work.However when I tried from a different computer 15 miles away so different network,it WORKED! How can that be? Is my internet provider banned from LL? When I've asked them about any changes regarding network configuration they denied that. I really dont know what to do next...
