[How long does it take for Magic Box to delivery?]

I just started my store today and uploaded some Ameretto Horse Bundles using Magic Box. I used Magic Box because I was told that is the only way to upload uncopyable items. Anyways, one of the bundles shows to have sold but it shows undelivered. It has been almost an hour and a half. It also shows not available for redelivery. Does it usually take a while for delivery or am I supposed to do something?
