I have a ball in my house but it doesn't roll sometimes, it like disappears and appears on the other side, and it has the physics option clicked on build mode. Using Nirans Viewer

Once I log in to Nirans Viewer my screen brights up and it doesn't stop when I log out from Second Life, the brightness is on my computer till I restart, however with other viewers it doesn't happen. How can I fix it and what is it?

I try to log in my alt but can't, my other avi is able to log in but this one not and I tried any tip from other questions but nothing helps my situation, I tried to change my location of starting but still nothing, logging in screen for long time and it fails at the end. Any other suggestions? EDIT: weird now it logged me on, after I complained xP but still what was the problem?
