I went to Kasen Kazan's 'Menlosophy' men's clothing store and bought some pants, jeans and a shirt. I saw the money in my account subtracted, but nothing came into my inventory. I wrote to the merchant (Kazan) but got no response and the items are still not in my inventory.

Please, someone help me! Would someone please tell me how to locate my avatar and the house he is in? This is becoming ridiculous and is seeming to be a waste of my money. I've only seen my avatar twice since a week ago. When I try to teleport nothing happens, although at other times it has worked.

Logged in, repeatedly downloaded SL viewer, why can't I access the viewer, find my avater, use teleport--all these worked for me the first couple days I started with Second Life and paid for Premium status?

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 and my graphics display is ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT. Am I able to download and run SL? If so, how do I get started after choosing an avatar; and can I alter the looks and clothes, etc. of my avatar?
