I accidentally hit the remove DN button for a contact in one of my contact sets. Is there a way to get it back for them?

I know, but in the search window, the Adult box is grayed out and it won't let me click it. On my preferences, I have it so I can see Adult content but it won't work on the search box.

Hello I am adult verfied, have been for almost two years, but I cannot access adult results for searching in world, or on the website. I have a second avatar I made that can see adult results in the search box but I don't understand why I can't see it on my main account. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks!

I'd like to know if there is a way to keep media auto-playing on Firestorm. Like if you have a playlist of music videos set up, is there a way I can keep that auto-playing without having to click the media button everytime a new video is loaded? Thanks.

Hello. I have the mature rating set to view adult items in Second Life but I cannot view the adult items on Marketplace, and I have been able to before. I tried clearing my browser's cache, logging out of SL, and logging back in, but it did not work. How can I fix this?

I read all of the link, as well as the one given at the bottom of your answer. I unistalled both Adobe Flash player and the original Quick Time I downloaded, but now I am having trouble finding links to redownload the two players. It says I should download QtWebkit but I'm having trouble finding a link to it. I've never heard of this player so it's bugging me. If links could be sent to download both Adobe Flash Player and QtWebkit, it would be very very helpful. Thank you so much.

Hey all, again I've never worried about watching videos on my viewer since it was never brought up, but when a friend wanted to watch a movie with me, I told her I never really could view videos. I was told I needed to install Adobe Flash Player as well as Quicktime Player, both of which I do have, but I am still unable to view any kind of video. Music is all well and good, but no media. Please help me if you can. Would be nice if i could cuddle with my friends while watching some movies. :) Thank you all very much.

Hello all. I am having trouble with snapshots. Every time I try to take one, my viewer freezes and I crash or I almost crash (I have to open up another window of the viewer to try to stop the actual crash, but it doesn't always work.). I am using an Acer laptop. If you need to know anything else to try and help me, I will need just as much help trying to find it for you because I've never been too good with things like computers. I was told that I might have to change the pixel length and width because maybe my computer can't handle the normal size. I tried to do that but it won't save the option I chose, and it's right when I click the snapshot button that my viewer starts freezing. If you can help me, please. :) And thank you if you do try.

I've only been using Second Life for a week or so now but I created my account more than a year ago. When I started using it, I was able to go into Adult sims but after one day, I couldn't anymore. When I tried to change which content I wanted to view, the options only let me go up to Moderate. I thought I may have to verify my age but when trying to find the Age Verification on my Dashboard, it wasn't there. How do I fix this problem?
