i went in to marketplace and bought a dog avatar and a mod for it it came up to 3350L$ i purchesed it and i had 7000L$ on my account and it went down 6700L$ and i dont know why cause i only got one avatar and it even said i only had bought one how do i get my L$ back

so i have bin trying to get on second life on a bunch of other viewers all have failed even the main one i log on and then it would say can not load like gesture or somthin like that then bam i crash some one help me please
